6P HOMEROOM REMINDERS

All students and parents need to read the Parent-Student Handbook 2018-2019 and make a copy of the last page, sign it and return the signed page to homeroom. The handbook can be accessed via the “Parents” tab on the sjrs.org/notes page under “Forms and Documents.” The handbook is online this year and hard copies will not be given out. All students and parents/guardians must read this. The final page of the handbook is to be printed out   –  signed by both parent and student and returned to the student’s homeroom teacher.
Also please be aware throughout each marking period of how your child is progressing on RenWeb/Educate in regards to all subject grades and quality point grades for each subject.
Please check the “Forms and Docs” section under the “Parents” tab on the website for
important news.
Homeroom class donations of tissues, paper towels, and wipes are needed along with the $30.00 Activity Fee.  The Art program receives $10 of this fee. The rest is used throughout the year for classroom needs and programs to supplement the curriculum. Thank you for your cooperation.
All students are expected to have a DEAR Book ( Drop Everything And Read ) during the school year. The use of the DEAR Book will be assigned at the discretion of each of the students’ teachers.
