Debbi Gentile | First Grade

Welcome to 1G’s  First Grade  3/19/18

Remember the completed project is due on March 21, 2018.  Bring in the notes and the Non-Fiction Book you read with your poster.

Last call for your egg carton (dozen size) filled with 12 solid- colored, plastic Easter eggs for a class project.  Label with your child’s name on the bottom of the egg carton.  We are doing an activity with these materials later in the week.

One student per week will be bringing home our classroom Flat Pope Francis project.  Included in a Folder with the Flat Francis stick puppet are prayers to use with your child, and the rest of your family, and some simple directions for the assignment.   Project packs will be sent home on Monday and must be returned to school by Friday of  the same week.  Children are encouraged to take and print pictures with Flat Francis showing some of the ways he enjoyed the stay at their home and spending time with their family.  Each Friday, children will show and share the pictures and the experiences they enjoyed with Flat Francis while he was at their home.  Flat Francis will go home with Matthew Hall this week.

I will be sending home assessment folders for your review prior to our Easter Break as we close out the third quarter.
