A few quick reminders for the week:
** Our school outreach project is still going on” Project Warmth”. We are collecting hats, gloves and scarves for the poor. If you can donate to this great cause that would be great. Thanks!
** 1-J students need 6 sharpened pencils and crayons everyday. This helps to cut down on the distraction of not having them. Please send into school if needed. Thanks.
**Please check our school web site for up coming Catholic Schools Week activities starting the end of next week. Catholic Schools Week starts January 29th to Feb. 2nd. We will be having a school Mass on Feb. 2nd @ 10 am to celebrate Catholic Schools Week as a school family.
** The second Marking Period will be closing the end of next week. Your child’s Assessment folder will be coming home . Please look through the folder and sign Parent form and return ALL papers back in the folder to school the next day. Thank You!
** Great Job on the Reading charts. At this time of the year children should be doing most of the reading. If parents want to read once in a while that is fine. Keep those charts coming in!!!
** Don’t forget those pennies. We are still collecting for our special project in the Dominic Republic. Those pennies will be helping our friends do repairs on their school. Great Project!! Thanks.
